Small science: an experiment with flowers and colors
It's time to become scientists, and watch our plants drink water. We propose a simple and colorful experiment!
We need the following:
- Two white flowers, such as carnations
- Food coloring two strong colors
- Two glasses
- Water
It is the experiment!
- Each beaker placed in a little water
- Add a dash of food coloring and mix
What color was the water?
- Then put a flower in each glass ...
- Now, wait a while ...
It's been a few hours?
- After a couple of hours having put flowers in colored water, we see again
- What happened to the color of the flowers?
